Canada Day, Part 1 ~Jun. 28th

This year, for our annual summer picnic with FCCBC (Families with Children from China-BC), the weather was much more accomodating. The boys were gracious to come with us again, even though they are truly outnumbered by little girls.

 One of the few other boys there appreciated playing with them.

 Not our best shot, but we enjoyed meeting up with Julie and Anna.

 So sweet to see Nora and Anna together.

 Trying a jump rope for the first time... it was tangled up soon after!

After lunch, it was time to go in the water park. Nora and many others found water balloons on the ground, and attempted to fill them up very slowly with water from the playground. Required much patience...

 This was more Lewis' style...

 The children that attended that day... the freezies were a good bribe.
